DIRECTIONS: Upon completing the application, you will be sent to a checkout page to pay the mandatory $10 fee to submit your application. This application fee does not guarantee acceptance to the market.

If you do not submit payment, we will not receive your application. You will be notified of your acceptance shortly after the application deadline.

The event will occur on Saturday, December 13, 2025, on the Brookland Arts Walk (716 Monroe Street NE, Washington, DC 20017).
Tents will NOT be provided! All vendors will be required to bring and set up their own tents in areas throughout the Brookland Arts Walk. Makers are also responsible for bringing their own tables and display materials.
Vendor Expectations and Requirements:
Set-up & Take-down: Vendors are encouraged to set up one (1) hour before the start of the market, which begins at 3:00 PM. Take-down must occur within one (1) hour after the market’s conclusion, which ends at 7:00 PM. Vendors are expected to stay for the duration of the market.
Original artwork/artisanal products: All artistic works and artisanal products must be original, made, and displayed by the person renting the space.
Hospitality: Please remember to be courteous to other vendors and visitors while you are at the market.
How to Participate in the Market:
Select the “Complete Application” buttons — a $10 fee must be paid to apply.
Upon receiving your application form, an event representative will contact you to confirm your participation. A payment of $100 is required to finalize your application and secure a space.
If you are a food vendor (hot food, baked goods, drinks, etc), a payment of $140 is required to finalize your application and secure a space.
